Sept,2020. The work finally completed after 2 weeks. Wrong roof/dryer vent installed. They had to tear out a section of my NEW roof (which The Roof Guys just installed and patch(reshingle the area).The gutters were reinstalled and nailed directly to the side of the house with no gutter support brackets permanently installed to support the gutters. Sprinkler head snapped in two. After 2 weeks The Gutter Guys came back and installed gutter support brackets .Bent façade at the front of the house. On roof completion ,I found the rain gutters had roof debris and nails throughout the gutters. Your answer that it did not meet MY requirements –leaving a dryer duct lying on the attic floor and disconnected to any roof vent and leaving gutters just hanging on some nails and the idea of weather related problems—there was NO WEATHER PROBLEMS…YOU DID a very sloppy/unprofessional job. YOU ordered the incorrect dryer duct(NOT THE OWNER)Do not recommend THE ROOF GUYS !!!
