Help was on the way!  Out of no where, we sprung a mystery leak in our playroom closet.  We called and were quickly helped by Leo on the phone. He could hear our panic I am sure! He was able to come out in a matter of hours to our happy surprise to help find the leak! Leo and his crew ( sorry didn’t catch his name) were awesome! They were in attic, on the roof, inside - they were all over to find why this leak was there. I especially like the fact that he had videos and pictures so while he was doing everything up there and came down to explain what he was finding, he could visually share it with us to know what was going on and it really helped.  He ended up finding a nail that was bent on the roof, causing to push through one of the shingles and allow rain coming in. We never would’ve been able to find what he did. Even thinking it could’ve been something going on with the condensation from the AC unit. He was still not satisfied enough that that could’ve been the only culprit or the answer and he continued to dig until he found the real issue. Thank you for not giving up despite the downpour of rain. They assisted us with a smile and we’re so helpful. What could’ve been a whole lot worse was able to be resolved very quickly
We are forever, grateful, and will look nowhere else. Should we ever have an issue in the future we know exactly who to call and turn to. Thank you guys so much!! We’ve already been referring friends to call Leo if they need anything
